Return & Replacement Policy
Pehle check kariye, phir payment kariye — for Cash on Delivery, open the parcel, check your items, then pay the rider.
15-day replacement
If you receive a wrong size, wrong item, or a defective product, you may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags where applicable.
15-day returns
Eligible returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds or store credit are processed according to your original payment method (COD refunds are arranged by our support team).
Not eligible
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
- Items without tags / packaging when required
- Requests made after 15 days from delivery
How to request
- Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue
- Our team confirms eligibility and shares courier / pickup steps
- Replacement ships after we receive the returned item (or as advised)
