2. Orders & payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other methods shown at checkout. For COD: Pehle check kariye, phir payment kariye — inspect your parcel on delivery before paying the rider.

Prices are shown in your selected market currency. We may update prices, stock, or offers without prior notice. An order is confirmed when we accept it (status updates via email / account).
4. Shipping
Delivery times vary by city and courier. Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and on product pages.
5. Returns & replacements
Please see our Return Policy. Replacements and returns are processed within 15 days of delivery when eligible.
